  1. Wonderful snaps! Looking forward to see Indian Navy induct more carriers and convert it into Carrier Battle Groups. India obviously needs more than 2 carriers to defend 7000 kms of coast line and 1.6 million sq. kms of EEZ. India needs atleast 12 CBG's just to defensive roles but also launch offensive operations. The carriers should be able to operate independently and for long periods not just near Pakistani shores but also South China sea to have a real impact in case of a war. India needs to continuously build carriers to not just strength the navy but also to retain the skills in building such carriers, which few nations in the world can do. India should ultimately aim induct nuclear powered aircraft carriers. We should build 100k ton carriers like the US, which can carry 90-100 fighter jets apart from other support aircraft's. We should also develop naval fighter jets of all class, to be placed on these carriers, apart from Naval LCA.
